Carpenter

Job Full Description We are seeking a Carpenter who will be responsible for working with customers to ensure their damaged areas are brought back to new! Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 /HR Duties: Perform rough and finish repairs, including drywall, punch lists, and other construction-related tasks. Conduct basic maintenance repairs as required. Stay informed about building products, applications, and new technologies in the construction industry. Purchase materials needed for projects while managing resources effectively. Ensure all work meets job deadlines with a commitment to quality. Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining professionalism in all interactions. Identify and report safety concerns at job sites or office locations. Communicate effectively with management, project teams, and customers. Follow and enforce established safety practices, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Provide mitigation services during CAT (Catastrophic) situations, as necessary. Perform other related duties as requested by project managers or estimating staff. Qualifications: 2 years experience in related field Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety practices. Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Effective communication skills for interacting with internal teams and customers. Observant and safety-conscious, with the ability to recognize and address hazards.
