UX Designer

Role: UX Designer Location: LOUISVILLE, KY Duration: 6 months UX Designer, Reg with Figma design experience Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. Translate concepts into user flows, journey maps, and interaction models. Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries in Figma. Iterate designs based on feedback and data to improve usability and user satisfaction. Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in UX design, preferably in a product or SaaS environment. Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design system management. Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and accessibility standards. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Portfolio showcasing UX design work and problem-solving approach.
