Commercial Service Manager Marietta, GA Supervise a team of service technicians, including interviewing, hiring and training. Develop operating budgets and monthly status reports, including maintaining projected gross/net profits. Follow up on accounts receivable/overdue clients and approves all credit of accounts. Maintain systems for responding to customer inquiries via telephone, online networks, and mail. Review and initiate all completed work orders, including pricing, and verification of materials/labor used. Initiates paperwork for returns of warranty parts-tag material and arrange shipping. Monitor and evaluate system regarding call-backs and customer satisfaction, including assisting service technicians with callbacks or highly difficult technical problems. Monitor and maintain inventory. Develop advertising schedule/promotional literature for presentations. Lead in the development of new markets in commercial areas of service. Responsible for security and cleanliness of the Service Division building, trucks and equipment. Key Qualifications: Minimum 5 years' experience. Estimating experience required.
