We are looking for a talented Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. You will be responsible to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and diagnose equipment failures. In this position the Maintenance Technician will have a strong knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance. This team member will be accountable repairing all plant machinery and equipment including robots, hydraulic presses and mechanical presses and be required to perform other duties as needed. What you will be responsible for: Repair all plant machinery and equipment including robots, hydraulic presses and mechanical presses Provide mechanical and electrical support to keep machinery operating. Move, align, level, and install machinery Records machine maintenance information. PLC troubleshooting, programming, and installing PMC or other maintenance specific database software Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned All other duties as assigned by supervisor. What will you bring to the table (Skills/Experience Required): Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance. Knowledge of materials, methods and the tools involved in the construction or repair of buildings or structures. Knowledge of relevant safety equipment, policies and procedures. Knowledge of the structure and function of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. Maintenance systems Proficient Knowledge of ; Mechanical, Electrical, Blueprint Reading, Electrical Schematics reading, Arc Welding, Gas Welding & Cutting Basic knowledge of PLC and robotics Strong understanding of industrial maintenance Safety & Best Practices and the ability adhere to them Able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate Strong communication skills 5S's good command Familiar with OSHA standards Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
