Job Posting SummaryBaptist Medical Center is currently looking for a Pharmacist to join our team at Baptist Medical Center Clay. This is a PRN opportunity, working a variety of day, evening, and weekend shifts. This Pharmacist will be checking patient orders, authorizations, dispensing medications, will be supervising technicians, and consulting with other medical staff on medication and regimens. This Pharmacist will have the autonomy to work independently within a small team with technician support. A Pharmacists license in the State of Florida is required as well as In-Patient Hospital Pharmacy experience. IV Room/ Infusion experience and a completed PGY1 is preferred, but not required. As a PRN Pharmacist, you will be responsible for: Entering orders with great accuracy. Checking technician work for accuracy prior to release of medications and solutions to the floor. Supervising technicians and serves on committees as assigned. Answering questions for all health care professionals Serving as a consultant for members of the medical staff.
