At our Giovanni's Pizzeria & Kichen brand, our belief is that people should have great food in an enjoyable atmosphere with service that is second to none! Salary: Bar Manager wages are based on the individual candidate's experience and skillset - Typical range is $45,000-$65,000/year. Takes food orders and serve guests at bar. Maintains inventory of liquor, mixes, and other bar supplies. Ensures bar is well-stocked and clean. Tracks customer behavior and sales. Oversees and appropriately delegates tasks to staff. Selects and purchases liquor and other supplies. Hires, trains, promotes, and, when necessary, disciplines or fires staff. Initiates and maintains vendor relationships. Bar Manager Required Qualifications: Must have 2 years Bar Manager experience Accomplished mixologist. Excellent multitasking ability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership ability. Organizational skills. Customer service oriented Knowledge of food, beverage, and hospitality industries. Able to maintain restraint in stressful situations. Comfortable with hospitality and sales technology platforms. Enthusiasm and lots of energy. Bar Manager Desired Qualifications: Ability to lead and direct while cultivating a healthy and collaborative team environment Job Expectations for All: Stand for prolonged periods of time and handle products, tools, paperwork, and equipment. May be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, steam, and cold present in a kitchen environment and requested to work with cleaning chemicals.
