Substitute School Nurses

Hilton Central School District is accepting applications for substitute school nurses for the 2025-26 school year. Registered Nurses are preferred, however LPN's may also be considered. Please apply online and download a copy of your nursing credentials: NYS license NYS registration certificate Job QualificationsDesirable traits of the candidates include: Current CPR/AED training; Current LPN license or RN certificate (RN preferred); Able to follow District procedures and guidelines for health care and medications; Able to follow doctor's orders for student medications; Excellent communication and telephone skills; Strong work ethic; Confidentiality; Able to interact with students, parents and staff; School experience is preferred but not required Fingerprinting through the New York State Education Department is a requirement for working in the school district.Application Deadline:06/30/2026Job Number: 2025-26 Substitute School Nurses
