We are a family owned an operated business that values our customers and employees. • Starting flat rate pay at $33/hour with Efficiency Bonus Opportunities • Full-Scale Company paid Pension • Company paid Health & Welfare/Dental/Vision plan, including dependents at no additional charge • Vacation Bonus Available • Paid Training • Yearly Tool Allowance • Weekly Guarantee • Paid Holidays • Paid Multi Point Inspections Job Responsibilities: • Maintains a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair • Conducts extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers' problems and provide accurate repair recommendations • Inspects vehicles according to the state's requirements for emissions and safety • Conducts necessary repairs and takes vehicles for test drives to verify soundness • Maintains legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and for our records • Cleans and maintains the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety Requirements Job Requirements: • Automotive Service Technician experience • ASE certification desirable • Excellent customer service • Strong communication skills • Valid Driver's License • Must be able to operate all auto repair tools • Must have knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment Salary Description $80,000-$125,000/year
