Who We're Looking For • Age 18+ with a valid driver's license & clean driving record • Military experience OR 3-6+ years industry experience in HVAC • HVAC certificate / EPA license preferred • Strong mechanical aptitude & electrical fundamentals • Able to read diagrams and use test equipment • Physically fit - lift up to 75 lbs, work in varied environments • Willing to travel and work flexible schedules (weekends/on-call) What You'll Do Install, maintain & troubleshoot commercial HVAC/cooling systems Perform preventive maintenance per service schedules Communicate with customers & technical support teams Complete service reports & documentation accurately Follow safety & OSHA guidelines at all times Support emergency calls & after-hours service Why Apply?
