Shift Lead - Mobile Vet

Senior Lead - ShotVet ShotVet is seeking a highly organized, proactive Senior Lead to drive operational excellence across our mobile clinics. This role is key to keeping teams aligned, prepared, and performing at their best. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage staff schedules, including distribution of RVT and team schedules Oversee inventory management and weekend clinic preparation Coordinate van maintenance and operational readiness Organize and conduct team training and routine check-ins Partner with Field Supervisor on regional APT coordination and route planning Compensation: Hourly RateSchedule: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays with some weekend work as well (~27-32 hour per week)Minimum Qualifications (Mandatory Requirements): Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license in good standing (1) year of leadership and/or operations experience within a veterinary setting highly preferred Ability to manage logistics in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills What We Offer: Leadership growth opportunity Supportive, mission-driven culture Competitive compensation Lead the logistics.
