Mammography Technologist Location: New York Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-4:30pm Friday: 6:30am-3:30pm Employment Type: Contract (8 weeks) - open to Contract-to-Hire or Direct Hire About the Role We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join a busy, patient-focused Screening, Diagnostic, and Automated Breast Ultrasound (ABUS) center. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with multiple technologists and a dedicated lead tech, using state-of-the-art imaging equipment. Key Responsibilities Perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams Assist with Automated Breast Ultrasound (ABUS) procedures as needed Operate Hologic Dimensions mammography equipment Ensure high-quality imaging while maintaining patient comfort and safety Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and quality standards Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, averaging 22-30 exams per day Required Qualifications ARRT Certification in Mammography (ARRT-M) Active New York State License Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of mammography experience Why You'll Love This Opportunity Consistent weekday schedule - no weekends Supportive team environment with experienced technologists Modern equipment and organized workflow Quick interview and feedback process (24-48 hour turnaround) We will consider for employment all qualified Applicants, including those with criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles' Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance (FCIHO), Los Angeles Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers (ULAC), The San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance (FCO), and the California Fair Chance Act (CFCA).
