This role will involve Irrigation install, service, repairs and excellent customer service skills. While green industry experience is a plus it is not required! We also believe that the better educated and safer our associates are, the more worth they provide to themselves and our company Company uniforms provided What You Will Do Assist with installation of residential and commercial Irrigation systems (spray heads, rotors, drip, valves, controllers). Has knowledge of Irrigation practices Help perform start-ups, mid-season checks, and winterizing/blowouts Support troubleshooting and basic repairs, including leaks, broken heads, and wiring issues under supervision. Dig trenches, pull pipe, backfill, and restore turf and beds after work is completed. Load, unload, and organize tools, pipe, fittings, and other materials on trucks and in the yard. Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe job site. Is committed to providing excellent customer service Requirements What You Will Bring Strong problem-solving skills, willing to be a team player and positive customer service attitude Capability to work in all weather conditions Aptitude to manage a service route A willingness to learn new skills and work outside of the department to help the company achieve its goals. Valid drivers license 2 years of Irrigation experience preferred, but not required Certified Irrigation Technician preferred, but not required
