Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • Able to demonstrate a logical and methodical approach to analysis, audit, troubleshooting, and problem solving. • Hands on experience on Palo Alto. • Hands on experience of VPN tunneling like IPSEC, GRE etc. • Hands on experience in Cisco Routing and switching. • Hands on experience of Cisco Wireless infrastructure. • Knowledge of SD-WAN(Silverpeak is Preferred) , MPLS and WAN Technologies. • Hands-on experience of Load-Balancers on Citrix ADC. • Hands-on knowledge of monitoring tools like SolarWinds to perform Network device backup and performance monitoring. • Experience of routing protocols like EIGRP, OSPF, BGP etc. • Experience of LAN technologies like VLAN, SVI, DHCP,Spaning tree etc. • Knowledge of Cisco ACI for data center operations. • Troubleshoot internet access issues using packet capturing and analysis and firewall log analysis. • Collaborate with application and other support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
