Paraprofessional Educator License Paraprofessional Educator License ~~ High school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 18 years of age (to work in grades PreK to 8th), passing score on ETS Parapro or ACT Workkeys exams To learn more about the requirements OR B. Substitute Teaching License required. You can obtain a substitute teaching license with a Bachelor's degree in any subject.
