We're hiring caring, motivated ABA Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home, school, and community settings throughout Mercer County and Central Jersey. You'll work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement personalized treatment plans and teach meaningful skills that improve each child's quality of life. What You'll Do: Deliver individualized ABA therapy to children in home, school, or center settings Follow treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs Use play, structured activities, and reinforcement to teach social, communication, and daily living skills Collect accurate data and record session notes Collaborate with your clinical team and families to support child progress Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred) Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation within Mercer County / Central Jersey Prior ABA or childcare experience preferred (training available for beginners) Take the first step toward a career that truly makes a difference.
