Job Description Experienced Machine Builders - Direct Hire Custom machinery manufacturer (growing, steady backlog) building high-quality automated equipment. Seeking skilled hands-on builders for long-term, direct placement roles. What You'll Do Build machines from the ground up: hydraulics, plumbing, cylinders, sensors Run conduit, wire machines, assemble control panels & power units MIG weld structural components (clean, strong welds - no cert required) Solder circuit boards & assemble components Start up, troubleshoot, and debug complete machines Perform full quality checks and hold high standards Read blueprints precisely and meet production deadlines What We're Looking For Proven experience building/custom assembling automated machinery, hydraulics, electrical panels, or similar Strong hands-on mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Comfortable with: hydraulic plumbing, electrical wiring/conduit, panel building, structural MIG welding Able to read blueprints and use hand/power tools effectively Detail-oriented, quality-focused, safety-minded
