Liquid Paint / Powder Coating Technician

Job Description A precision metal fabrication company known for highquality parts, tight tolerances, and clean finishes. We’re looking for a skilled Liquid Paint / Powder Coating Technician to join our finishing team and help deliver flawless coatings on custom metal components. What You’ll Do Prep, mask, and finish metal parts using liquid paint and powder coating systems Operate spray booths, ovens, and related equipment Mix and apply coatings to meet spec and finish standards Inspect parts for coverage, adhesion, and cosmetic quality Maintain clean work areas and follow safety protocols Collaborate with fabrication and QC teams to meet production goals What You Bring Experience with liquid paint and/or powder coating in a manufacturing or job shop setting Familiarity with HVLP spray guns, powder systems, ovens, and masking techniques Ability to read work orders and follow finish specs Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Willingness to crosstrain and support other finishing tasks as needed Why Acro-Fab Ltd.
