Rivkin Radler LLP seeks an Office Services Assistant working full time in our Uniondale office. They will provide essential assistance across multiple areas of office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the firm's facilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, flexible, high energy, can work a variety of hour ranges, and customer service oriented. Key Responsibilities: Assist in setting up and breaking down conference rooms for meetings, including arranging furniture and ordering and preparing catering. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of all conference rooms, pantries, and the staff café throughout the day. Support hospitality services by ensuring refreshments and catering supplies are stocked and replenished. Provide backup coverage for the receptionist, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and handling deliveries. Assist with special projects or other administrative/office service duties as assigned. Qualifications: Prior experience in an office services, hospitality, or facilities role preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on feet for extended periods. Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and team needs. Ability to perform routine responsibilities with enthusiasm. Congenial fast-paced environment, competitive salary and benefits. EOE. Job Type: Full-time The annualized salary range for this position is $40,000 to $45,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
