The Physician Network Growth & Operations Coordinator (ACN) supports our efforts in building and managing strong relationships with physicians, optimizing network performance, and ensuring a seamless experience for our healthcare providers and members alike. You will focus on: Network Strategy & Operations: Support ACN Director in development and execution of strategic plan to expand and enhance our physician network, aligning with organizational goals and market needs. Coordinate physician and member outreach/marketing programs to grow targeted membership; Coordinate and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, medical groups, and healthcare organizations in support of network and member engagement. Collaboration with internal teams such as our clinical teams to support risk adjustment, clinical services, quality, and performance, along with other program deployment and management within the network. Support development of innovative programs and services that enable physician practices and improve physician performance, engagement, and satisfaction. Lead all FCSIPA communication strategy and outreach channels with network and members using existing and new vehicles. Leverage shared tools, content, and strategies in support of FCSIPA network initiatives and programs. Ensure coordination and collaboration across MSO (Management Services Organization) teams in delivery of services (including claims, quality, clinical, etc.) Physician Services: Coordinate strategies to address physician concerns, enhance communication channels, and improve overall satisfaction. Collaborate with ACN Director to advocate for physician needs within the organization, ensuring alignment of policies and practices with physician expectations. Coordinate network roster to ensure alignment with health plans, provider adds & terms, along with member re-assignments. Coordinate comprehensive onboarding into network, tools, provider programs, and additional programs to ensure smooth integration for incoming providers. Network Management Performance Optimization: Coordinate daily management and operations of FCSIPA, ensuring high performance standards, financial, clinical, and quality outcomes. Support tracking of metrics to measure IPA performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Support growth of IPA within existing markets and new markets, focused on ensuring optimal performance of the network overall and providers. FCSIPA Physicians Customer Journey: Collaboration with clinical practices on member specific programs and engagement customer mindset working with key internal stakeholders. Altais Medical Group: Coordinate with the AMG Medical Director, AVP AMG Operations and Market Operations Director(s) to support patient access and satisfaction, and provider engagement. The Skills, Experience & Education You Bring Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field Experience (3+ years) in physician network/IPA management, physician relations, or healthcare provider relations, with a strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems. Proven track record of building and maintaining successful relationships with physicians and healthcare stakeholders. Strong administrative skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization. Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
