In this critical leadership role, you'll serve as a key partner in protecting our people, assets, and operations across multiple locations. If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, leading initiatives, and building a culture of safety and integrity, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact across the organization.What You'll Do As a Loss Prevention Manager, you will take ownership of developing and executing strategies that safeguard our company's assets while promoting a secure and compliant workplace. You'll: Lead and implement loss prevention and safety programs across multiple locations Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and drive proactive solutions Partner with store leadership and Field Support teams to strengthen safety and security awareness Conduct audits, risk assessments, and operational reviews to reduce shrink and minimize risk Deliver engaging training and coaching to empower teams to recognize and prevent safety and security risks Oversee physical security systems, including alarms, CCTV, and access controls Support inventory accuracy through audit oversight and process review Play a key role in emergency preparedness and response planning What Makes You a Strong Fit You are a confident leader who combines investigative skill, operational awareness, and strong business judgment. You're comfortable working independently, influencing leaders, and navigating complex situations with professionalism and discretion. Preferred qualifications include: Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience 3-7 years of experience in loss prevention, safety, investigations, or related field Professional certifications such as Wicklander-Zulawski, LPC, or LPQ are a plus Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach and influence others Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of workplace safety standards, OSHA regulations, and risk management practices Proficiency with Microsoft Office and security systems Why Join Us?
