Horton, Inc.is currently looking for aSystems Support Specialist Ifor their Corporate IT Department. The right candidate will act as the key contact for user application provisioning and de-provisioning specific to selected FS applications. The Level 1 Specialist also provides user guidance and first level support by assisting in problem resolution or escalating when necessary.Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned. Administer maintenance of third party vendor accounts for internal employeesConducts reviews of third party vendor account accessResponds to user requests for information and assists in problem resolutionOrganizes and responds to requests received via email, direct phone calls or voice mailsRecords and documents problems and associated resolutions in Cherwell tracking systemEscalates issues, as appropriate, to Level II or Level III Systems Support Specialists Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.Education and/or ExperienceOne year certificate from college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Not essential, however any mortgage related certificate, computer or IT certificate beneficial.Other QualificationsMust have the ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical expertise.
