Responsibilities Lead and mentor nursing and support teams throughout your shift, ensuring every staff member is empowered and supported to provide their best care. Orchestrate daily patient assignments by matching staff expertise with patient needs to ensure every individual receives high-quality, population-specific attention. Evaluate the standard of care by monitoring patient outcomes in real-time and proactively resolving roadblocks that could impact a patient's recovery journey. Advocate for patients and families by addressing concerns immediately and professionally, turning feedback into improved clinical experiences. Drive team excellence through active coaching and performance feedback, helping to shape the professional growth of the unit's clinical staff. Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required. Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required. Additional Preferences No additional preferences.
