Position Overview:We are looking for an Experienced Automotive Mechanic with several years of hands-on experience and the proper certifications to confidently perform complex diagnostics and repairs. This is not an entry-level role for lube technicians —this position is specifically for a seasoned technician capable of handling, but not limited to, high-level work such as engine, transmission, and other major component repairs. Responsibilities: Perform advanced mechanical repairs, including but not limited to, engine overhauls, transmission repairs, drive-train work, and complex diagnostic procedures Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using manufacturer-approved tools and systems Complete repair orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Work collaboratively with service advisors, parts staff, and other technicians Maintain a clean and safe workspace Ensure all work complies with dealership and manufacturer standards Qualifications: Several years (3+ preferred) of professional automotive technician experience Relevant certifications (ASE, manufacturer certifications, or equivalent) Strong diagnostic abilities and familiarity with advanced repair procedures Proven experience completing engine, transmission, and major mechanical repairs Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience and skill level Access to advanced tools, equipment, and diagnostic systems Opportunities for continued training and certification Supportive, team-oriented environment Full benefits package (if applicable)
