You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage customer insurance accounts and update information. Assist customers with policy changes and renewals. Provide information on insurance products and services. Hit monthly targeted sales goal for Auto & Home. QUALIFICATIONS: Organizational skills and attention to detail. Customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
