The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the migration of IT services to ServiceNow, ensuring clear and concise documentation, and facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role will primarily involve collaborating with a team and stakeholders to understand and document IT support engineering requirements.Key Responsibilities: Facilitate business requirement gathering sessions and process mapping for IT service migration.Translate technical requirements into comprehensible documents for non-technical stakeholders.Utilize tools such as ASONA and Lucid Chart for documentation and process visualization.Engage with stakeholders for meeting, feedback, and validation of gathered requirements.Produce high-quality documentation that meets organizational standards. Must-Have Skills: Expertise in business process mapping.Ability to translate technical terms into layman's language.Strong verbal communication and probing skills.
