Volpe Enterprises is hiring an Exterior Installation Manager to join our growing team.Volpe Enterprises is a full service/design build, complete home remodeling company that has been in business since 1970. We are a growing company and are interested in individuals who are looking for career growth within our organization.Exterior Installation Manager Duties/Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee co-occurring exterior construction projects, simultaneously, to ensure proper installation and safe practicesEnsures regulatory compliance on all caseload projectsDiagnose warranty issues for exterior construction projects and develop project solution plans for clients, sales teams, and construction crewsCollaborate with Production Managers to organize crew schedules and confirm equipment and material supplies necessary to complete projects on timeMaintain effective, consistent communication with homeowners during all phases of construction projects to ensure customer satisfactionUtilize project management software to track quality control workflows, checklists, and other accountability toolsManage all addendums, vendor and trade partners collaboration, and construction material ordersAttendance & involvement in regular meetings with Management, Field Staff, and Company-Wide training sessions Exterior Installation Manager Skills/Qualifications: Ability to problem solve and ensure effective onsite solutionsWillingness to provide ongoing training to crew membersMust present with a working knowledge of all aspects of residential constructionExemplary Leadership and customer relations skills Exterior Installation Manager Requirements: High school diploma or equivalentMinimum 2+ years of experience in residential remodeling/buildingEmployment is contingent upon completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screenMust be able to lift and carry heavy objects up to 80 pounds, independentlyValid driver's license and a clean driving record Volpe Enterprises, Inc. has been family-owned and operated since 1970.
