In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to create innovative menus and prepare delicious meals for both on-site and off-site catering. The ideal candidate is experienced, creative, and a strong leader. If you have a passion for creating meals that are recognizable and “wow,” we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Create innovative menus according to the seasonal availability of ingredients and customer expectationsPrepare and plate food according to kitchen specificationsAssist Executive Chef with kitchen operations with a goal of increasing revenue and profitSupervise and coordinate all food preparation and presentationProvide training and leadership for kitchen staffMaintain appropriate levels of inventoryUnderstand efficiency for bulk food prepCleaning and Maintaining KitchenFollow all food safety rules and regulationsAdapt to and ever-changing Catering environmentQualifications:High school diploma/GEDExtensive previous culinary experienceCertification from culinary school preferredServeSafe or Food Handler’s CertificationAdvanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipesAbility to remain calm and thrive under pressureExcellent management and leadership skills
