PrideStaff is recruiting for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our client in Northern Palm Beach County. Are you a "roll-up-your-sleeves" HR professional who thrives in the trenches? The Role: Solo HR Leadership As the sole HR representative for a 70-employee company spanning 12 states, you will be the heartbeat of the organization's people operations. This is not a "strategic" desk role-it is a high-energy position where you will handle everything from high-volume recruiting to IT onboarding and benefits administration. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruiting: Lead the search for diverse roles, including Property Management, Property Administration, Facilities Maintenance Technicians, Legal, and Leasing staff. Talent Assessment: Manage the interviewing process and deploy pre-screening tools, including Predictive Index and Wonderlic assessments. Onboarding & IT Setup: Manage the complete employee entry process, including the physical/digital "trench work" of setting up IT profiles and workstations. Benefits Administration: Oversee all benefits programs and lead the annual Open Enrollment process. Compliance: Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations across 12 different states to ensure organizational compliance. Schedule & Environment Location: Northern Palm Beach County (In-office role with remote days reserved as needed). Hours: 40 to 50 hours per week (No travel required). Culture: Fast-paced, professional, and collaborative. Requirements Proven experience as an HR Manager or Generalist, ideally in a "department of one" environment. Strong proficiency in multi-state labor law and compliance. Exceptional recruiting skills within the property management or legal sectors. Technical savvy to handle onboarding IT setups and HRIS management. A "get-it-done" attitude with a high degree of professional autonomy.
