This is a full-time, in office (Maryland or Pennsylvania), position focused on drafting and/or plumbing design for commercial construction projects in the Maryland, Virginia, and DC areas. Job Requirements Experience drafting and/or coordinating commercial systems in Revit and Navis, preferred not requiredAssociates degree in drafting or mechanical design, or minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field. Field experience in plumbing installation or Entry Level with College Degree also acceptableCapable of producing detailed plumbing drawings, creating and modelingRevit experience is preferred but not required, Autodesk product knowledge acceptableAbility to read engineering drawings and general knowledge of MEP systemsStrong computer skills and communication skills Key Responsibilities: Design and engineering of construction drawings for piping and plumbing systemsProduce coordination and/or design drawings while utilizing problem solving skillsCollaborate with others to produce deliverable documents in a timely mannerLearn and utilize Navisworks, along with Revit to produce 3D models Compensation/Benefits: $19 to $35.00 per hour (Pay is Experience-Based)Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision insurance401(k) plan with company matchContinuous opportunities for career growth and professional development Location: Maryland and/or PA If you are ready to advance your career with a company that values your skills and dedication, apply to join JCM Associates, Inc. and be part of a team that is shaping the future of commercial construction.
