Structural Fitter / ASME Welder (Class A or B) MIG / Flux Core - Day Shift Pay: $23.00 - $26.00+ DOE Location: Broken Arrow, OK Abundant Solutions is hiring experienced Structural Fitter / ASME Welders for a growing manufacturing facility in Broken Arrow. This role involves the assembly and welding of custom bladder tanks, strainers, valves, and pressure-rated products built to strict ASME standards. All candidates must pass an ASME weld test. Welder Class A or Class B will be determined based on test results. Potential for raises after 90-day review. Primary Responsibilities: Weld custom pressure-rated products in accordance with ASME codes Perform MIG, Flux Core, TIG, and Sub Arc welding as required Ensure welds are watertight and meet defined pressure ranges and tolerances Read and interpret engineering blueprints and schematics Complete assignments based on production needs and timelines Conduct visual inspections and testing to verify weld quality and tolerances Safely operate forklift (must be certified) Make minor adjustments and perform routine maintenance on machines and tools Complete paperwork and documentation accurately Follow all safety standards, PPE requirements, and shop procedures Contribute to maintaining a high-quality, organized manufacturing environment Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of welding experience Must pass ASME weld test (Class A or B based on results) Experience with MIG and Flux Core required (TIG and Sub Arc a plus) Ability to read and interpret blueprints Forklift experience and certification required Prior material handling experience in a manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Physical Requirements: Standing/walking up to 6 hours per shift Regular lifting up to 50 lbs Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling Frequent use of hands and arms for tool operation and assembly Occasional pushing, pulling, and ladder use Clear vision and hearing required for safety and communication Work Environment: Welding and fabrication facility Exposure to heat, sparks, fumes, and industrial noise Must work in varying temperatures within manufacturing/warehouse environment Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) This is a long-term opportunity for a skilled welder seeking stable day shift hours and competitive pay in a precision manufacturing environment.
