We specialize in retirement planning, investment management, and advanced business planning strategies. Position Details Location: Fort Worth, TX Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Compensation: $20 to $25 per hour plus performance-based bonus Status: Full Time, 40 plus hours per week Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance, and 401k with match Dress Code: Business Professional Job Responsibilities Custodial account processing including new accounts, transfers, distributions, rollovers, Roth conversions, required minimum distributions, and account maintenance Serve as liaison between clients, advisors, custodians, and third-party providers Manage CRM systems, reporting metrics, NAUM tracking, and post meeting workflows Prepare investment proposals, process trades, and assist with insurance applications and underwriting coordination Support advisors with licensing, training coordination, and scheduling Handle administrative functions including phones, mail, scanning, meeting preparation, and event support Assist with policy updates, research projects, hiring support, and operational documentation Job Requirements Minimum five years of administrative experience Bachelor's degree preferred Strong operational and multitasking capabilities with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional judgment and consistent ethical standards Financial services experience preferred Proficiency with Redtail, VeoOne, Adhesion, eMoney, Riskalyze, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, RoboForm, Guru, and Precise FP Why Join Us?
