Why This Role Stands Out Competitive hourly pay Monthly & quarterly bonuses 120 hours PTO (years 0-4) | 160 hours after year 5 Paid holidays 401(k) with strong company match Medical, Dental & Vision insurance Company-paid life insurance Stable ownership & supportive team culture Growth opportunities within multifamily housing Key Responsibilities Maintain and oversee all buildings, grounds, and amenities Complete service requests and prepare vacant apartments for occupancy Promptly respond to repair requests, including after-hours emergencies Manage the care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies and equipment Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA standards, and Fair Housing regulations What We're Looking For Previous maintenance experience, preferably in the multi-family industry HVAC experience required; EPA certification (Type II or Universal) a plus Proficiency in general apartment maintenance and repairs including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other building systems Ability to participate in an on-call schedule Reliable transportation and basic hand tools Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to climb stairs/ladders and lift up to 25lbs High School Diploma or GED
