The Clinical Staff is responsible for the training of pharmacy students through aid to faculty members and direct coordination and instruction of courses, specifically in the skill-based portion of the curriculum. This position also provides other services to students and the College as needed. AA/EOE Minimum Qualifications Bachelors in Pharmacy, Louisiana Pharmacist License Preferred Qualifications PharmD and at least three years of experience working as a pharmacist in a hospital setting. Special Requirements SummaryWork Hours Full-Time KSA's Knowledge, Education, Experience, and Proficiencies Excellent organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Reasonable knowledge of the College of Pharmacy and Xavier University policies and procedures. Knowledge and experience in sterile compounding and other hospital activities. Certified as an immunizer Essential Duties and Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities Description Train students in sterile compounding and other hospital activities throughout the curriculum. Management of student pharmacist certification programs. Work with the Professional Abilities Lab (PAL) series coordinator to develop, implement, and administer the PAL courses. Provide service to the University through committees, student organizations, and other service as needed.
