HVAC Install Technician

HVAC Install Technician Maryland based, multiple locations Our client seeks an experienced Residential HVAC Install/Service Technician. This role is ideal for a skilled, licensed technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, values teamwork, and can independently diagnose, repair, and install residential HVAC systems. We're looking for a dependable, field-ready professional who can make sound decisions on-site, communicate clearly with customers, and represent the company with integrity. Key Responsibilities Service, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems Install and replace HVAC equipment in residential settings Work on oil furnaces, gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning systems, and oil and gas boilers Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components efficiently and accurately Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to homeowners Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Participate in on-call rotation, overtime, weekend, and holiday service as needed Qualifications Required: Maryland Journeyman HVAC License EPA Certification Minimum 4 years of residential HVAC experience Strong troubleshooting and installation skills Authorized to work for any U.S. employer Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Preferred Qualities: Honest and dependable Strong communicator Team-oriented with a positive attitude Able to work independently and manage time effectively Schedule Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM On-call rotation required Overtime, weekend, and holiday availability as needed Benefits 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off
