Job Description About the Role We are seeking a dependable and experienced Commercial Door Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial overhead door systems. Experience with steel doors and high-speed doors is a strong plus. This is a stable, full-time position with guaranteed 40 hours per week and the opportunity for overtime if desired. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain commercial overhead door systems. Troubleshoot and service a range of doors including steel and high-speed models. Work safely using ladders (up to 12 feet), scissor lifts, and power tools. Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards. Drive to job sites and interact professionally with customers. Accurately complete work orders and related paperwork. Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience with commercial overhead door systems. Experience with steel doors and/or high-speed doors is a plus. Must be comfortable on ladders (up to 12 feet) and scissor lifts. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs). Able to pass a drug screen. High school diploma or GED required. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
