Class A Hook Truck Driver

A CDL Class A license is required for this role.Duties/Responsibilities: Must be able to operate trucks in residential, commercial, DTG recycling yards and on construction sites as well as public roadways including highways and interstates. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections. Communicate with dispatcher throughout the day. Log and track loads in our system with provided tablets while keeping an accurate record of loads each day. Able to work overtime, including some Saturdays Required Skills and Abilities: CDL Class A. Current Medical Card. Clean driving record and background. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test. Physical Requirements: Cleaning potential road hazards (e.g. debris, rocks, mud, dirt, sand, gravel, plastic, roofing, etc.) off of can slides, rails and doors as well as track bumpers, truck fenders, truck wheels and truck frame rails. Cleaning of potential road hazards on trucks will need to be cleaned off prior to leaving job site or yard. Working outside under all types of weather conditions. Why work for DTG Recycle?
