We consider it a privilege to make a meaningful difference, and we love what we do.As the Child Care/Outreach and Education Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: Provide child care activities for children of all ages when their parent has appointments related to their status as a victim of domestic violence. Provide respite when adult victims need short term respite. Plan age appropriate activities for children of all ages for child care sessions. Plan and facilitate one child play group per week; more when necessary. Compile list of community activities and resources for families in the county for recreational and educational activities. Update regularly and share with families. Cover the 24-hour crisis hotline on a rotating basis.
