Urgent Hiring for a "Pharmacist" in North & South Dakota (2 positions)Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to oversee daily pharmacyoperations and ensure full compliance with state and federal regulations. Thisassignment is intended to provide leadership and continuity. The PIC will serve as thepharmacist responsible for the safe, accurate, and compliant dispensing ofmedications, operational oversight, and leadership of pharmacy staff. KeyResponsibilities Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge, assuming full legal andregulatory responsibility for pharmacy operations Ensure compliance with allNorth & South Dakota Board of Pharmacy, DEA, and applicable federal and stateregulations Oversee daily workflow to ensure safe, accurate, and timelydispensing of medications Supervise, train, and support pharmacy staff,including pharmacists and pharmacy technicians Maintain accurate records, documentation, and required reporting Implement and enforce pharmacy policies, procedures, and quality standards Address operational issues, audits, and inspections as needed Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary partners to support patient care and operational goals-Ensure inventory control, medication storage, and controlled substancemanagement are compliant and up to date-8am -5pm lunch 12:30-1:30pm M-FAdditional Skills & QualificationsRequires:Doctorate of Pharmacy Active unrestricted SD or ND Pharmacist LicenseEmployee Value Proposition (EVP)Once hired, candidates will be eligible for a $15,000 sign on bonus +benefits. No nights or weekends scheduledWork EnvironmentThis role will be working in a small clinical pharmacy. Hours: 8 am - 5 pm, Mon-Fri w/ 12:30-1:30 pm lunch hour every day.
