Job Description Position Summary The ServiceNow Architect plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and compliant ServiceNow solutions that support the operational and clinical needs of the healthcare organization. This position is responsible for translating complex business requirements into effective platform configurations and custom applications, ensuring alignment with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and HITRUST. Key responsibilities include leading architectural design and platform strategy, developing and optimizing workflows across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other modules, integrating ServiceNow with electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare technologies, and ensuring platform performance and data security. The architect collaborates closely with IT, clinical, and administrative stakeholders to enhance service delivery, drive digital transformation, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the enterprise. Minimum Requirements Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and development. -OR- a High School diploma with 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and development. Proven experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SPM, HRSD and at least one other major module (e.g., GRC, CSM, SecOps). Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio. Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, SSO, etc.). Required Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Scrum Master certification Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)Experience with Agile methodologies. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in ServiceNow. Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices. Experience working in a healthcare delivery organization.
