Maintenance Technician

Pridestaff is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for a Manufacturing company located in Hemet $20/hour ( may pay up to $25.00 if candidate has all the bonus skills) Mon-Fri 8-230 (hours could shift but for training ) Requirements: Able to read tape measure fractions General knowledge of machines and how they work Able to read a blue print drawing Able to follow instructions Ask questions when unsure Knowledge of measuring fluids (ounces, quarts, gallons, etc...) Organized Basic computer skills such as excel and word Ability to use power tools such as a skill saw and drill Duties: Basic machine maintenance in departments such as changing belts, filling oil in the small reservoirs, filling coolant in the small reservoirs, Run drilled parts program (this is just a load and unload tray and press start on the correct program) Sharpen drill blades Keep machine shop organized Assist head machinist in any duties needed such as setting up machines and cleaning machines Basic building maintenance such as changing lights, emptying trash when janitor is off, Drill winding board out of plexiglass per the drawing provided Bonus Skills Knowledge of Autocad Knowledge of using machines with X Y Z axis NO automation Engineering experience Aerospace machine background of any kind Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $25.00 Per Hour
