Mailroom Machine Operator Responsibilities Operate letter inserting equipment, check output for quality. Requires Ability to stand frequently and lift up to 50 pounds. Printing large PDF's and inserting the output into envelopes using mail production equipment, focusing on quality that is line with HIPAA standards. Produce mail-pieces using automated inserting technology. Operate folding machines, cutter and bindery equipment. Operate machines that insert printed matter, such as letters or booklets into envelopes. Maintain equipment using provided maintenance schedule. Maintain optimal level of productivity.
