Requirements: 3 Months Class A 53 Tractor Trailer/Flatbed Experience within the past year Required (Not Counting School) No SAP Drivers Hair Follicle Drug Screening Clean CDL = No Incidents or Accidents within the Past Year! Work Conditions: Enjoy a dedicated fleet designed to support drivers with weekly 34-hour resets and regionalized freight that aligns with your preferences. Benefit from regionalized freight that ensures consistent home time and manageable routes. Average Weekly Miles: Complete around 1,800 miles per week based on Hours of Service (HOS) and availability. Earn an average weekly pay of $1000 to $1100 gross. Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight, with 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload. Equipment and Support: Drive newer 2021 Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths. Access 24/7 operations support no matter the time of day. Vacation Package: 1 year = 1 week 3 years = 2 weeks 7 years = 3 weeks 15 years = 4 weeks Pay and Bonuses: Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour. Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day. Performance Bonus: Earn up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity, starting the first of the month following your hire date.
