About Oaktree Funding Oaktree Funding is a national mortgage lender known for delivering innovative lending solutions and strong operational support to mortgage brokers and partners across the country. Our team focuses on providing reliable execution, competitive products, and long-term relationships within the industry. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers, loan officers, and other industry professionals. Educate partners on Oaktree Funding's wholesale mortgage products and lending programs. Develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, follow-up, and relationship management. Utilize company marketing resources while also building your own network of partners. Work closely with internal sales and operations teams to move loans through the process efficiently. Learn the fundamentals of wholesale lending, pricing, guidelines, and deal structuring. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, particularly in business, finance, communications, or related fields. Strong work ethic and a competitive, goal-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Interest in developing a career in mortgage sales and financial services. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Prior sales, internship, or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required. Compensation and Benefits Base salary plus commission. First-year total earnings typically range from $60,000 to $100,000 depending on performance. Comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship.
