Senior Full Stack Engineer / Technical Lead

Position Title: Digital Creative Specialist, Full-time Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid, 3 times/week at office) Pay: $120- $130K Role Summary We are seeking a senior-level engineer who combines strong hands-on implementation skills with architecture design, technical leadership, and team management capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of AI, data, and enterprise platforms. You will lead system development from PoC through production, define technical direction, manage a small engineering team, and participate in technical discussions with OEM and enterprise clients. - Key Responsibilities • Design and develop enterprise applications and knowledge platforms as a full-stack engineer • Build AI-enabled systems leveraging LLMs and RAG architectures • Lead system and solution architecture design • Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs • Own implementation from PoC to production deployment • Manage and mentor a small engineering team • Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering quality • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams • Participate in technical discussions with clients and OEM partners • Support estimation, planning, and technical risk assessment - Required Qualifications • 7+ years of professional software development experience (or equivalent) • Strong full-stack development experience • Proven system and architecture design capabilities • Experience delivering systems from PoC to production • Team leadership and management experience • Client-facing or stakeholder-facing experience • Backend and API design experience • Cloud-based development experience - Preferred Qualifications • Experience building AI / ML applications • Hands-on experience with LLM and RAG-based systems • Knowledge platform or knowledge management system experience • Enterprise system development experience • Experience with technical documentation systems • Automotive industry experience • Internal tool development experience • New product or platform launch experience • Knowledge graph experience • Search / semantic search systems • Workflow automation • Data pipelines - Expected Technical Stack • Python, JavaScript / TypeScript • React-based frontend frameworks • API backends (e.g., FastAPI) • LLM / RAG architectures / Vector databases • SQL / NoSQL databases • AWS / Azure / GCP • Docker, CI/CD pipelines - Leadership & Management Scope • Team management (up to ~10 engineers) • Final responsibility for technical decision-making • Mentorship and development of junior engineers • Definition of quality and engineering standards • Involvement in hiring and technical evaluations - Client Interaction Level • High level of client interaction, including issue resolution and risk management • Participation in OEM and enterprise client meetings • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Decision-making and negotiation with an understanding of business and organizational context Application Form
