As a Qualified Behavioral Health Provider, you'll deliver essential therapeutic services-including individual, group, and family counseling-under the supervision of licensed clinicians. You'll conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and apply evidence-based interventions to improve client well-being. Position Perks & Benefits:Flexible scheduling No mandatory on-call hours Mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate Supervision and CEUs provided toward licensure Training and certification in Evidence-Based Practices Loan Repayment and Tuition Reimbursement 29 Days of PTO Eligibility for HRSA Loan Repayment (eligibility requirements apply) Comprehensive employee benefits package - health, dental, vision, retirement, life, & more Competitive 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan - up to 5% match for Part-Time and Full-Time employees Company-paid basic life insurance Emergency Medical Leave Program Flexible Spending Accounts - healthcare and dependent child-care Health & Wellness Program Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - 24/7 counseling, legal, and financial services Employee Discount Program - hotels, theme parks, attractions, and tuition Mileage Reimbursement Key Responsibilities: Provide individual, group, and family counseling in various settings under clinical supervision Complete intake, screening, and comprehensive assessments within required timeframes Determine and document client diagnoses based on evaluations Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices Document all services in compliance with regulatory and agency standards Participate in clinical staffing and treatment team meetings Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and authorized service delivery Support clients through transition or discharge processes, including documentation Represent the agency professionally within the community Handle crisis situations and participate in or coordinate emergency services Facilitate specialty services such as trauma-informed care and co-occurring therapy Education and/or Experience Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families (preferred) Required License/Certification (one of the following): Provisional licensure (PLPC, LMSW, PLMFT, or equivalent based on state) Must be eligible for full licensure upon completion of clinical supervision and exam Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states, if needed Ability to provide telehealth services (training provided) Additional Qualifications: Successful completion of criminal, driving, fingerprinting, and abuse/neglect background checks Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance Completion of mandatory Behavioral Management training within 30 days of employment Knowledge of relevant state, agency, and accreditation standards Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Brightli is on a Mission: A mission to improve client care, reduce the financial burden of community mental health centers by sharing resources, a mission to have a larger voice in advocacy to increase access to mental health and substance use care in our communities, and a mission to evolve the behavioral health industry to better meet the needs of our clients.
