Fulfillment Team Lead - Night Shift Summary Join Millennium Print Group as a Fulfillment Team Lead and play a key role in supporting high-quality, efficient fulfillment operations. Based in Durham, NC (Research Triangle Park), this senior lead role partners closely with supervision to guide daily execution, support team members, and help deliver products loved by fans around the world. Location: Durham, NC (Research Triangle Park) Schedule: Onsite, 12-hour shift (2-2-3-2 rotation), 7pm - 7am What You'll Do Provide day-to-day guidance, mentoring, and support to assigned Fulfillment team members. Monitor daily operations, staffing coverage, schedules, and workflow; escalate issues as needed. Partner with Supervisors to diagnose and resolve operational challenges. Perform administrative activities including scheduling support, data tracking, and HR-related tasks. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, QMS, SOPs, work instructions, and ISO standards. Support conflict resolution and help maintain a positive, productive work environment. Perform additional duties as assigned to support smooth and effective fulfillment operations. What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent required. Relevant experience in a fulfillment or manufacturing experience environment; prior leadership experience required (lead, supervisor, etc.) Experience working in ISO 9001 environments is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with email, Microsoft Excel and Word, intranet systems, and MIS tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
