Our staffing firm is supporting a client in need of temporary payroll coverage while a team member is out on leave. This role supports a busy payroll department and may extend depending on upcoming project needs. The Payroll Administrator will assist with weekly and biweekly payroll processing in a multistate environment, working closely with another payroll team member and the Payroll Manager. The role involves routine payroll tasks, timesheet review, system updates, and basic reconciliation work. This position will sit onsite at least 3 day a week in Greensburg, PA. Responsibilities Support weekly and biweekly payroll processing Review timesheets and timekeeping data for accuracy Assist with transferring and validating data between payroll systems Help resolve payroll discrepancies and employee pay questions Support basic payroll reporting and general ledger-related tasks Maintain spreadsheets used for tracking payroll-related information Requirements At least 2 years of previous payroll experience required Experience with timekeeping and payroll systems; Workday and/or Kronos preferred but not required Comfortable working with Excel (formulas, pivot tables) Strong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information Pay Details: $30.00 to $37.00 per hour Search managed by: Jessica Robbins Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
