W2 Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain LLM agents and tools using Python, TensorFlow, and other modern ML frameworks. Utilize cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure along with their AI/ML services for model training and deployment. Implement and enhance retrieval augmented generation pipelines leveraging vector and graph databases. Create efficient data processing workflows for cleaning and transforming unstructured data, including text and images. Deploy state-of-the-art generative AI models such as Gemini, Claude, or various GPT variants in production settings. Collaborate in a structured engineering environment to achieve technical and quality standards. Experience Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, or 1 year with a Master’s degree, along with a strong foundation in machine learning and software development. Hands-on experience with cloud AI/ML services for model training and deployment on AWS, GCP, or Azure. Proficiency in Python and TensorFlow, as well as familiarity with common ML libraries for LLM-based systems. Practical experience working with generative AI models such as Gemini, Claude, or various GPT variations. Experience with vector databases like Milvus or Postgres, and knowledge of graph databases and representation techniques, including RAG. Demonstrated ability in processing and transforming unstructured data from text, images, and more. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree in a STEM field with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
