This is a hands-on role where you will design, build, and deploy innovative applications that transform unstructured data into intelligent outputs. As part of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional experts and take ownership of crucial components throughout the model development, integration, and deployment process, ensuring that our solutions meet real-world demands. You will need to work on a W2 basis to meet client requirements. We offer an attractive benefits package, including medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401k with company matching, and life insurance for our W2 consultants. Rate: $40.00 to $48.00/hr. W2 Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain LLM agents and tools using Python, TensorFlow, and other modern ML frameworks. Utilize cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure along with their AI/ML services for model training and deployment. Implement and enhance retrieval augmented generation pipelines leveraging vector and graph databases. Create efficient data processing workflows for cleaning and transforming unstructured data, including text and images. Deploy state-of-the-art generative AI models such as Gemini, Claude, or various GPT variants in production settings. Collaborate in a structured engineering environment to achieve technical and quality standards. Experience Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, or 1 year with a Master’s degree, along with a strong foundation in machine learning and software development. Hands-on experience with cloud AI/ML services for model training and deployment on AWS, GCP, or Azure. Proficiency in Python and TensorFlow, as well as familiarity with common ML libraries for LLM-based systems. Practical experience working with generative AI models such as Gemini, Claude, or various GPT variations. Experience with vector databases like Milvus or Postgres, and knowledge of graph databases and representation techniques, including RAG. Demonstrated ability in processing and transforming unstructured data from text, images, and more. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree in a STEM field with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
