They are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Plastic Injector Operator to support the production of high-quality hydraulic and sealing components. This role is ideal for someone mechanically inclined, quality-focused, and looking for a long-term opportunity in a stable manufacturing environment. What You'll Do: Operate plastic injection molding machines safely and efficiently Load materials, start cycles, and adjust machine settings as needed Assist with machine setup and changeovers Inspect parts for cosmetic and dimensional accuracy Use calipers, gauges, and measurement tools to verify specs Document production data and report issues Prepare and load raw materials Trim, deburr, finish, package, and label molded components Perform basic preventative maintenance and keep work area clean Follow all safety procedures and report concerns immediately What You Bring: Experience in plastics manufacturing or machine operation required Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs Strong attention to detail Experience with Arburg Selogica or Gestica controllers is a plus
