What will you do as the Facilities & Security Coordinator? We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities & Security Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our retail locations. This role is responsible for coordinating maintenance, security, and essential facility services to ensure our stores remain safe, functional, and welcoming environments for our employees and customers. Coordinate day-to-day facilities, maintenance, and security activities across retail store locations to support safe and functional environments. Assist with scheduling and managing facility-related services such as cleaning, security, parking, and general maintenance. Respond to alarm events (intrusion, fire, system alerts) and coordinate next steps with monitoring companies, store leadership, vendors, and emergency services as needed. Support the implementation and upkeep of facilities and security policies, procedures, and standards. Serve as a point of contact for store leaders regarding facility or security issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external vendors. Conduct routine site checks or assist with inspections to identify and document facility or security concerns. Track facility-related expenses, invoices, and vendor payments; assist with budget monitoring and reporting. Coordinate with third-party service providers such as maintenance, security, alarm monitoring, etc. Help ensure stores have essential operational services including heating, water, lighting, and climate control. Support compliance with health, safety, and security requirements by following established guidelines and reporting concerns. Document incidents, service requests, and completed work in internal systems. Triage incoming maintenance or facility requests from store locations, prioritize based on urgency, and coordinate timely follow-up. What are we looking for in a Facilities & Security Coordinator? 1-3 years of experience in facilities, operations, property management, or a related coordination role (retail or multi-site experience preferred). Familiarity with basic building systems, maintenance coordination, or security/alarm response. Experience working with vendors or service providers. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests at once. Clear communication skills and comfort working with store leadership and external partners. Basic knowledge of workplace safety and security practices. Ability to be available after hours or on weekends on a as-needed basis for alarm or urgent facility issues Why would you love working for Diamond Cellar?
